Dr. Akil Ahad embarked on his professional voyage with determination and resilience. In 2007, he began as a trainee at Tara Spinning Mills Ltd., where he honed his skills and passion for the textile industry. His trajectory took an upward turn in 2009 when he assumed the role of Director at Karotoa Spinning Mills Ltd, contributing significantly to its growth. In 2012, he ascended further, becoming the Deputy Managing Director at Enayetpur Spinning Mills Ltd., where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Not content with conventional paths, Akil ventured into the fashion world, establishing the brand “Lend” in 2018. His vision and dedication led to its success, positioning him as the Managing Director. In 2022, he expanded his horizons by founding Prekite Technologies, an IT and electronics company. Most recently, in 2024, Karotoa Green Spinning Mills Ltd. embarked on a new chapter, appointing Akil as the CEO & Director. His journey exemplifies resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

In early life, started his education at Narayanganj Kindergarten School. Then arrived at Narayanganj's most renowned institute Adarsha School. After completing school and college, enrolled in North South University; one of the best educational institutions in the country. Completes his graduation in 2014. During his university life, involved himself in business. But he never forgets his educational goal. In 2021, successfully completed post-graduation degree MBA from Prime Asia University. On student life, he keeps attached with his aim as well. Added some international short and long course on textile, fabrics, administration and international relation in UK, India and Belgium.
